Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Remote Java Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality training in Java programming to students or professionals across diverse backgrounds. You will design and deliver engaging lessons, provide hands-on guidance, and mentor learners to help them achieve their programming goals.

Responsibilities:

 ☑ Design and deliver interactive online Java training sessions.

 ☑ Develop course materials, including presentations, assignments, and assessments.

 ☑ Guide learners through real-world projects to reinforce core concepts.

 ☑ Provide individual support and mentorship to help learners overcome challenges.

 ☑ Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and best practices. 

 ☑ Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

 ☑ Foster a collaborative and engaging online learning environment.

Requirements:

 ☑ Strong proficiency in Java programming, including core and advanced concepts (e.g., OOP, multithreading, Spring Framework, Hibernate).

 ☑ Prior experience as a Java instructor, trainer, or in a related teaching role.

 ☑ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 ☑ Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt teaching styles to diverse learners.

 ☑ Experience with online training tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS).

 ☑ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).

 ☑ Certification in Java or related technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer) is a plus.
