Job Description
Multiple positions are open for Business Analysts with experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. The role involves analyzing business requirements, supporting data quality initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise-level business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and identify areas where data quality and process improvements are needed.
- Review data sources and provide recommendations for system enhancements and operational efficiencies.
- Develop reports and dashboards that accurately reflect business insights and performance metrics.
- Prioritize business processes and data sources for quality and compliance based on stakeholder needs and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Data Stewards to define and validate business rules and thresholds.
- Create, maintain, and manage a backlog of business requirements and tasks in Azure DevOps across PI and Sprint iterations.
- Provide detailed updates during stand-ups on the progress of business analysis and data quality initiatives.
- Investigate and analyze issues impacting business units and drive resolution through collaboration and root cause analysis.
- Define and evaluate performance standards for business systems and processes.
- Design and implement testing procedures to validate business requirements and system functionality.
- Prepare business process flowcharts to document workflows and system interactions.
- Create and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Consult with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Draft technical documentation for business processes, systems, and applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to define technical limitations and ensure alignment with business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in:
- Business process analysis and requirements documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Writing and managing PL/SQL scripts for data analysis
- Utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar project management platforms
- Designing and executing test plans to validate business functionality
- Creating dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools
- Recommending and implementing process improvements based on data-driven insights
